“This is an outstanding chapter book for children of many ages. I was part of a test reading author Paul Barile did with a Park District day camp group and the kids simply loved everything about the book.

Not only did they love the protagonist, who embodies so many virtues, they were taken with the wrestling. But most of all, they absolutely seized on the lessons of right and wrong demonstrated in the book. They immediately got how Aguila Azul was good and demonstrated characteristics they admired, but they absolutely hated the villains and wanted to point out every way in which they cheated and represented bad characteristics.

The kids — both boys and girls — were so excited to read the book, and wanted to learn much more about the world of the Luchadores.”
